1) Create a project team and your rationale for the project team selected
2) Complete a change analysis on the case using the “Congruence Model” and “Force Field Analysis” (template attached below)
3) Complete a change management plan “Novartis Change Plan” – see attachment below. Keep your plan to 2 key elements under stakeholder analysis. When completing the change plan, you may highlight 3 – 5 activities to address 2 key elements highlighted in the stakeholder analysis.
4) Use Visio to process map one of the change recommendations from your change plan, i.e. if you recommend a training program then you can map a training process; if you recommend hiring a change consultant or project manager, you can map out the recruitment process.
