One of the advantages of forming a corporation is that it provides a liability shield between potential victims and shareholders.  One of the disadvantages of forming a corporation is additional taxations (corporate, personal and capital gains).  Do you view these two aspects of corporations as fair?  Why or why not?  Is there something you would like to see different done in US corporate policy.
