1. Create 3 different goals for yourself (exercise, nutrition, health, stress, habits, work, study, etc).
2. Use the S.M.A.R.T. goal format (see below) to further develop those goals. One S.M.A.R.T. goal per page.
3. Finish by explaining how the process of creating a S.M.A.R.T. goal changed the way you see your goals.
4. Print off, and turn in to your TA before Thanksgiving break (Monday November 20th, or Tuesday November 21st).
5. Must be typed and stapled to receive credit.
