Description
Based on the current draft proposal, I am seeking assistance in completing the document. No data was gathered, due to being denied access to Air Traffic Controllers at Tampa International Airport to conduct a survey. It was indicated that I needed permission from a FAA representative in Washington DC. Even though I sought approval from FAA Director Washington DC, the exercise proved futile.
To complete Capstone I need assistance with four chapters one page per chapter.

A) Chapter four – Results
B) Chapter five – Discussion (which should include in depth explanation of each hypothesis)
C) Chapter Six – Conclusion
D) Chapter seven – Recommendation
