1. Find any relatively new start-up/company (anywhere in the world, except the USA) established in the last 5 years and provide a PowerPoint presentation about that company.

2. Use the 9 building blocks of the Business Model Canvas as a guide for your analysis. (see second attachment)

3. Please include and executive summary at the beginning. Explain the success or failure of this venture using these 9 building blocks.

4. The PowerPoint should have a minimum of 16 slides (average of 2 per building block).

5. Include references at the end.
