Student:   Hiring men only for all male maximum security prison to avoid sexual assaults to female employees due to the close contact positions.

 

Teacher: I do not think your example would cut the mustard.  Tell me why.  How about a bra fitter?  Would they have to hire me for that job? If not, why?  Is it not illegal to discriminate because of sex?
