1. Conduct a TNA for a group of employees in an organization of H&M company . Your TNA should include the following :

· Organizational Analysis

· Operational Analysis

· Person Analysis

 

2. Prepare a report outlining the methodology and findings of the TNA. You should focus both on training and non- training needs. The report should have the following sections

– Overview of the company and position

– Findings of the Organizational analysis

– Findings of the operational analysis

– Findings of the person analysis

– Gap Areas

– Appendix –Include the documents used for the analysis and a bibliography.
