Assignment 2: Appreciative Inquiry in a Collaborative Group. Due at the end of week 7. Please refer to the document linked below, from The Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence, entitled, "Appreciative Inquiry: Asking Powerful Questions". Read the document to see how the coalition used appreciative inquiry material. Then using that material in a group setting to help develop your techniques. Write a 4-5 page paper about the experience. Include your questions and answers and explain how the group or their answers changed by using appreciative inquiry as well as more powerful questions instead of less powerful questions. You can select the group and topic you want to use: a family meeting, a work group or a community based group.
