Capture a spam Email message. View the Email header and copy the information to your assignment document. Only one email is necessary. You do not need a reference for this assignment. You only need to show the header information. No narrative is necessary.

Showing the Email itself is not sufficient. You need to show the header information embedded in the message metadata. Search the Internet if you need help capturing the header information. Points will be deducted if the header information is not present in the assignment. An image of the message is not sufficient. A narrative is acceptable, but header information must be presented.

Description

Your paper should be organized around a thesis statement that clarifies what you will attempt to accomplish in your paper, and how you will proceed. Review the Final Film Critique sample, which provides an example of a well-developed analysis as well as insight on composition.

In your paper,

Identify your selected film, including writer, director, year of release, and genre.
Briefly summarize the film in which you apply your knowledge of the difference between the film’s story and its plot.
Describe one of the broad theories you have learned about in class (auteur theory, genre theory, formalist theory) and analyze your selected film through that lens.
Evaluate the use of three specific techniques and design elements employed in the film as they contribute to the overarching narrative and theme of the film. This can include elements of mise-en-scène (e.g., lighting, sound, composition of frame, costuming, etc.) and editing (e.g., cuts and transitions, shots used, angles, etc.).
Describe the connection between this film and society (i.e., politically or culturally, positive or negative) and draw conclusions about its impact.

Principles Of Accounting I

Imagine that you opened a restaurant in your hometown and you decided to take the knowledge and skills you learned in this class and be your own accountant. Discuss whether you would prefer to keep your accounting records on the cash basis or the accrual basis. As part of the discussion, explain how and why you selected one basis over the other.
Please include the name of the person or question to which you are replying in the subject line. For example, “Tom’s response to Susan’s comment.”

ALSO PLEASE COMMENT ON ANOTHER STUDENTS COMMENT BELOW

NANCY:

The difference between cash and accrual accounting is the timing of when sales and purchases are recorded in your books. Cash accounting documents revenue and expenses only when money changes hands.  Accrual accounting acknowledges revenue when it’s earned, and expenses when they’re billed (but not paid).  As a restaraunt owner I would operate on Accrual basis.  It just seems more logical to me in that the food industry be challenging when forecasting financial goals and knowing that your accounts are updated when you order something helps in knowing what you have to sell to break even.  If I waited until I actually paid for it it would skew that result.

Case Study

This assignment will give you the opportunity to choose a case study, and then write about the ethical implications and the impact of the events that are described. Each case study includes a set of questions that you should answer. You can choose either Case Study 1.1: Made in America or Case Study 6.3: Sniffing Glue.

Write a paper in which you:

  1. Analyze the following questions associated with your chosen case study and discuss them using concepts you learned in this course.
    1. What ideals, effects, and consequences are at stake?
    2. Have any moral rights been violated?
    3. What would a Utilitarian recommend?
    4. What would a Kantian recommend?
  2. Explain your rationale for each of your answers to your chosen case study with supporting evidence.
  3. Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
