Module 7 Dialogue

This week post 3 annotated bibliographies demonstrating substantial progress in researching essential elements of your study. Each annotation should identify the article reviewed using appropriate APA formatting followed by an approximately 300-word annotation of the source. Annotations that significantly exceed the word limitation will be rejected. Care should be taken to craft an annotation that concisely and adequately summarizes the sources. Students do not need to, necessarily, respond to the annotation posted by others in the course. Replies and discussions between student should be limited. Customer relationship management

Strategic Leadership Practice

The forces opposed to change in an organization are often formidable, and they sometimes derail the change entirely. After you have answered this, prepare and post an agenda that as a CEO you might prepare for a meeting to discuss the issues surrounding resistance to change in your organization. What five topics would you put on your agenda?

Declaration Of Independence / American Gov

No essay, no APA format, no citations. Just a 250 word paragraph answering the questions.

Describe the basic principles of government in the Declaration of Independence. Does  government today reflect these principles? In what ways have we maintained or deviated from the principles of the Declaration?

Write a three-page essay on your recommendations of at least six digital marketing advertising strategies (concepts)

This  unit covered many strategies on marketing and advertising for    e-commerce sites.  As a digital marketing professional, you have been tasked to    develop an online  campaign for your company’s new apparel, which targets the    18–26 year old  young adult market in the United States.

Write a three-page essay on your recommendations of at  least six digital    marketing advertising strategies (concepts), and explain how  each strategy    will  help the company’s new brand of apparel for young adults.  Determine the    possible challenges and benefits of online marketing  communication. The essay    should include an introduction, which presents the main  points of the essay.

Strategic Leadership Practice 8

Some people believe that a crisis management plan is a sign of poor leadership. Why would this be a view of crisis management? Can you find a specific leader who believes this? (If you cannot, don’t stress over it. I will give some in my post.) Do you agree? (Remember to end your post with the PPT you develop,)

Circadian Rhythms

Section 1.4 of the textbook describes circadian rhythms. You may have noticed that you have natural highs and lows throughout the day. Thinking about your own 90-minute cycle and how it may relate to yourself and learning, how would you prepare yourself for taking a big test in your course/class at the end of the day? If you need more information, consider reviewing the Circadian Rhythms Fact Sheet (Links to an external site.) from the National Institutes of Health or the open-access Journal of Circadian Rhythms (Links to an external site.)

Trauma And Stress-Related Diagnosis

•Case Study: Sam  Sam meets criteria for the second most commonly diagnosed disorder, thereby making it one with which you will need to be very familiar. Address the following using headings to match content in each bullet point. •Name the diagnosis and provide the ICD code. •Describe your rationale for this diagnosis including other diagnoses that could be ruled out. •If Sam and his parents come to treatment for family counseling, explain how you would go about determining the identified patient (IP) since a diagnosis will be required for insurance reimbursement.

Case Study:

Sam   Sam R. is a 16-year-old African American high school student. Just over two months ago he moved to a new town with his parents and younger sister due to his father’s promotion and job transfer. Sam’s old high school included a mix of students from many racial, ethnic, and economic backgrounds. At his new school, there are few African American students and Sam feels like an outsider. Sam has always been a quiet and serious person. Although he usually has one or two close friends, he feels awkward trying to start conversations with others and has never mixed easily in large groups. A good deal of activity at this new school takes place around sports and student government; two areas Sam has little interest in. Sam also feels unprepared for the level of work that is expected of him at this school, particularly the emphasis placed on presenting oral reports and participating in debates in front of the class. He becomes embarrassed and tongue-tied when he has to speak in front of others. Sam often “gets sick” on the day of an oral report so he can stay home from school, and he is worried this will impact his grades.
