The focus on the third part of this project is to write a 4-5 page (300 words per page) paper in APA format describing various perspectives and opinions on the technology you selected by addressing two of the four specific topics below. You should also include as part of this paper any acknowledgements and resources used (e.g., websites, textbooks, articles). Each written assignment should include four or more references.
• Provide alternative perspectives from experts on technology
• Political implications and influences
• Public opinion on technology such as the media, consumers and community
• Your assessment of how effective the initial planning and risk assessment was to the implementation and usage of the technology
