Topical essay (on a topic relating to training and development) .
You will review the literature on a significant topic or issue in training and development that is relevant to today’s organizations. Using APA style, you will write a topical essay of 4-5 pages in length. The paper should include the following:
1. Statement of the topic or issue you are investigating.
2. Overview of scholarly research on the topic or issue (be sure to cite all your work, and be sure to include at least 5 scholarly references, not including our textbook).
3. Summary of research on the topic and/or suggestion of a resolution or solution to the issue.
