Camelot is generally considered an idyllic place, and the core values of Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table uphold the importance of equality among all. In this es.say, consider how the downfall of Camelot ultimately occurs. Is it through the fault of one or two individuals, or do the issues extend well beyond a small group of characters? In answering this question, consider the representation of both men and women, and explain the series of events that lead to the end of this mythical realm. Be certain to use examples and/or quotes from the text to support your answer.

Cartoon Creation Assignment

• Once on the site create a cartoon with at least four frames. You can use any setting, characters, decoration you wish. Create some type of dialogue for the characters in your story.

Module Three Discussion Question #1

 Social networking Web sites create online communities of Internet users that eliminate barriers created by time, distance, and cultural differences. These sites allow people to interact with others online by sharing opinions, insights, information, interests, and experiences.  Members may use the site to interact with friends, family members, and colleagues they already know, but that they may also wish to develop new personal and professional relationships on the sites.

Social network advertising uses social networks to inform, promote, and communicate the benefits of products and services, and there are several advertising strategies.  Banner ads on social networks can either be displayed to each visitor to the Web site or by using the information in user profiles, directed toward those members who would likely find the product most appealing.  People frequently make decisions based on input from their close group of friends and advertising and use an individual’s network of friends.  Company-owned social networking websites allow users to talk about new products, services, or improvements they would like to see and the company can implement customer-submitted ideas. Viral marketing is where users pass along a marketing message to others, creating the potential for exponential growth.

Many companies are using social media to advertise, collect information, or gather background on individuals. Do you think this is ethical?

 IT workers have many different relationships, including those with employers, clients, suppliers, other professionals, IT users, and the society at large, and that in each relationship, an ethical IT worker acts honestly and appropriately. IT workers must set an example and enforce policies regarding the ethical use of IT. IT workers are in a unique position because they have the skills and knowledge to abuse systems and data or to allow others to do so.

Discuss an ethical issue IT organizations face today. Have you been personally affected by an IT ethical issue? Provide examples

Participation in experiential learning is essential to the development of group skills. In this section of the class, you will have the chance to experience being a group leader and a group member. 

 Students will participate in a live mock therapy group of five or six students for a period of five weeks. Students take turns being a group member and group leader. Each student will be the group leader (or co-leader) for one week and will be in the role of group member for the other 4 weeks. Leaders and members will reflect on the group processes occuring in their groups each week through the use of group logs. 

 Students will submit a written description of the group topic they plan to use for their week as a leader during week 8. The group topic should be appropriate for the classroom setting and not require significant self-disclosure of group members. Ideas include groups about self-care, groups about planning for the future, groups that try a therapy skill like CBT that you would like ot practice, and you are also welcome to create your own ideas. You may decide to give your group members homework that takes no more than 30 minutes in preparation for the group session you lead. 

Group leaders and group members must be present for the mock group sessions; makeup credit is not possible. Students in both the leader and member roles will be graded on the quality and detail of their reflection (and not the success of their group idea).

Guidelines

• Each student will submit a 1 paragraph statement explaining the group therapy topic they plan to utilize during the week in which they are the leader for their experiential group practice session. If you plan to give your group members homework to prepare for the group session, please that intention/ what you plan to provide for homework in your statement. 
•  In addition to this paragraph, you may also submit questions you have about the experiential therapy groups. Your questions will be answered but not graded. 
• If you are in a group of 6 students (meaning there is one group that will be co-lead), please indicate that you are co-leading on your assignment. You and the co-leader should both turn in your own proposals but indicate that you are co-leading. Please provide an additional paragraph that clarifies which responsibilities you have as the leader / which responsibilities your co-leader h

The novel illustrates several of the factors and concepts Yalom describes in his book The Theory and Practice of Group Psychotherapy.
