Student will need to submit a Research Report aiming to identify the current supply chain /logistics

problems in the case company, and to propose solutions, and then to define it as a supply chain

improvement project. You need to design a project plan for your defined supply chain improvement

project, and to design the correspondent project management process.

This assessment will be a shared case study between the strategy Module, the reasoning being to

provide students the opportunity for a more holistic perspective across the programme learning

objectives.
