Prepare a 6-8 slide Microsoft PowerPoint highlighting the content from the paper (outline attached)

Submission Instructions:

• You  may use resources from the  any library, government  library, or any peer-reviewed reference (Wikipedia and any other  publicly-reviewed source is not accepted). 
• The  paper must by at least 6-8 pages double-spaced, 1″ margin all around,  black, 12 point fonts (Times New Roman, Arial) with correct  citations of all utilized references/sources, (pictures, graphics, etc are extra – allowed but extra for the minimum page count). 
• The title page and references are also required but don’t count in the minimum page count. 
• The PowerPoint of 6-8 slides is  a summary of this paper. No new topics, ideas or concepts are  introduced in the PowerPoint that is not included in the paper. A  minimum of 10 references are needed.
• The paper will be subjected to checking against plagiarism.
• The required number of pages do not include title or references pages – although these must be included.

Psychology Of Leadership

Directions:

Write a paper (2,000-2,250 words) that addresses the following:

1. Choose an existing organization (your own or one you are very familiar with), and briefly describe it using the Baldrige Performance Excellence framework.

2. Using the Baldrige framework, outline that organization’s leadership structure and practices you’ve chosen to study.

3. Describe the evidence you find to identify that organization’s leadership style by using specific references from the research literature to support your description.

4. As a researcher of organizational leadership, how does the Baldrige framework help you assess organizational leadership? Identify any gaps in assessment the framework does not address, and describe them with references from other sources.

Offsite Versus On Site

l. Your organization has approximately IOTB of data, and you need to decide if your organization should have on-site or offsite tape storage. 

2. Your organization must be able to easily recover data no Older than one month, as an operational requirement. 

3. Your organizations further requirement is that recovery operations must resume at minimal levels for all systems within two weeks of a total catastrophe at the data center.

Imagine you are the HR manager at a company, and a female employee came to you upset because she felt a male coworker was creating a hostile work environment by repeatedly asking her out on dates even after she said “no”. What would you do?

1. Formulate the conversation you would have with the employee, based the concepts found in Chapter 2 in your textbook.

2. Summarize the conversation you would have with the employee’s male co-worker, based on the concepts found in Chapter 2 of your textbook.

You are a $10 million consulting company responding to a Capabilities Proposal for a prospective client. The client seeks an analysis of its existing network in anticipation of a large merger. This engagement would be worth over $5 million in revenue to your $10 million company. The client seeks to ensure that your small organization has the technical acumen to prepare, guide, and assess merging the two company networks.

Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:

Case Analysis

Determine whether certain contract remedies exist in the following scenario:

Forrest Gump is a famous table tennis player. He enters into a contract with Alabama Sports Marketing to advertise the latest ping pong game and to serve as the computer-generated imagery (CGI) model for the development of the video game. Gump is perfect for this job as there are not many world famous ping pong players who have a following similar to his. The game is set to start development on March 1 and will be completed on July 31, so the game can be released at Thanksgiving—a major video game release period. Both parties have agreed and stipulated to the fact that the game must be completed on time to maximize the profits.

Gump will make 20% of the net proceeds from the sales of the game. In addition, the contract has a liquidated damages clause that indicates that if Gump does not participate in the marketing, does not serve as the CGI model, or breaches the contract in any way, he will owe Alabama Sports Marketing $2 million.

Based on this fact pattern and the information presented in this unit, answer the following questions in a minimum of 250 words each.

1.  One day, Gump gets into an argument with the developer. Gump refuses to perform any work until the problem is solved. In this situation, can Alabama Sports Marketing seek specific performance of the contract? If yes, why? If no, why not?

2.  How would the court determine whether the liquidated damages clause is valid? Is this clause valid? Explain your answers.
