Motivation In the Workplace

Use academic journals to find scholarly, peer-reviewed research that extends any of the ideas about motivation that you found interesting. You are not limited to what Ariely discussed. Just be sure you are dealing with employee motivation.

Read each article through to the general discussion at the end. The best ideas will be found there. Do not simply duplicate the abstract. You will miss most of the essence of the article and this approach tends to lead to poor grades.

Write a 4-5 page paper that summarizes your position on motivation specifically in the workplace from the perspective of a manager. Ensure the following points are addressed.

Epidemiology Writing

The topic of my discussion is: ” Secular trends” and “cohort effects” in epidemiology   – Use this for the draft research outline.

 Explain your chosen psychiatric disorder in terms of neurotransmitter and receptor theories. Describe the symptomology of the disorder and its relationship with the neurotransmitters involved. Have they launched a new product? Have they been involved in a scandal? Have they recently been fined for lack of compliance? Are their stocks fluctuating or holding steady?

Assignment 2: Week 7 Developing A Strategic Approach

Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:

Create a mission and vision statement for your organization. Determine three (3) specific strategic goals that align with the ideals in those two (2) statements. 

 Recommend one (1) specific adaptive strategy or combination of adaptive strategies that would be most effective in ensuring that the organization achieves its strategic goals. Support your recommendation with examples of the successful application of the recommended strategy or strategies. 

Outline three (3) service delivery and three (3) support components that will be necessary elements of the organization’s value chain geared toward achieving the strategic goals that you identified.
