Hello everyone, a question was brought to me on whether the government should focus on TOC groups or not. If you all do not know what TOC groups are, they are transnational organization crimes. Such as, street crimes, organized crimes, or white collar crimes. As you all know, we have a big problem in the United States, which are, drug trafficking and human trafficking. However, because of a recent terrorist attack in New York, on October 31, 2017. Whereas, a  29-year-old man in a rented pickup truck drove down a busy bicycle path near the World Trade Center in Manhattan, and ran over people, killing eight and injuring dozens more. The suspect was identified by two law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation as Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov. He's from Uzbekistan in Central Asia but had been living in the US since 2010, sources said. In addition, Authorities found a note claiming the attack was made in the name of ISIS near the truck used in the attack, a senior law enforcement official said. "This was an act of terror, and a particularly cowardly act of terror," New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said, it was "aimed at innocent civilians, aimed at people going about their lives who had no idea on what was about to happen. With all of this being said, my answer is no. In opinion, the government should focus more on domestic terrorism.
