ASSIGNMENT 2: INDUSTRY ANALYSIS
Length: 1000 words (+/- 10%)
Weight: 20%
CONTEXT:
This task involves looking objectively at the aspirations you have for your future career, by analysing an industry you may want to enter after you graduate. You might have a very clear idea of your intended industry or field, and can use this task to learn more about that industry or clarify assumptions you may have about it, or you might have several industries in mind and can use this task to examine one possible choice in detail. You will examine the skills, qualities and values that will be necessary to become a successful professional in this industry. This task also involves looking at how marking criteria are applied to the work of your peers.
WHAT IS REQUIRED AND WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE?
This task should be written in an essay style, using full sentences. You should address each of the following 4 sections, and you may use sub-headings if you choose. Several guiding questions have been included below for each section. You do not need to address every single question – they are intended to give you a sense of what kind of information will help you address each section.
1. The Industry (~500 words) – Present an analysis of an industry you may work in when you graduate, giving a clear sense of its place in society and significant influences on the industry.
Which industry do you aspire to work in after you graduate?
What does this industry do? What kind of contribution does it make to society? Does it have specific aims involving the inclusion of Indigenous communities?
What associations or peak bodies represent or oversee this industry? How is it viewed by the broader public?
How many people are involved in the industry? What kinds of roles or professions do they have? How has this industry grown or changed since it was first established?
2. Professional Skills (~400 words) – Focus on a specific profession within the industry, and describe the skills, qualities, attitudes or knowledge that are valued in that profession and required to be successful in it.
 What area or role might you aspire towards within this industry?
 Are there requirements for professionals within this industry? (eg.) Competency standards, Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics, or Registration standards (see readings). What education or qualifications are necessary to enter this profession?
 What do professionals within the field state are valued or necessary to be successful? Interviews with a variety of professionals have been recorded for this unit and are available on Moodle.
 You might find it useful to look at current job advertisements for the field you aspire to, looking at the skills and qualifications that are desirable.
3. Personal Skills (~100 words) – Reflect briefly on both your strengths and weaknesses in relation to those you have identified as valued in your profession.
 You might like to consider your personality and learning style, as well as skills gained through work experience, and co-curricular activities. Avoid focussing just on generic skills (eg. ‘teamwork’) – be specific to the profession you’ve discussed.
 How do you know these are your strengths/weaknesses? What prior experiences have lead you to think
so?
4. References (not included in your word count)
 Ensure information given or statements you’ve made are based on evidence from credible sources of
information and are clearly referenced.
 You must include formal references for this task, both in-text and in a reference list at the end.
 Consult a wide variety of sources of information. As a guide, use at least 6 different sources.

a. identifies the customers and explains the customer problem or need that is addressed;

b. explains the proposed solution to the problem/need and why it is unique;

c. explains why and how the customer will pay for the solution.

d. how it works

After that, From one of the three innovative ideas, you will have to design a fully developed business model. The business model shows:
a. a ventures value proposition;
b. how value is created for customers;
c.how resources, activities and partners are organized to deliver value to the
customer;

d. how value is captured by generating revenue streams while minimizing costs.

I have attached three of my business ideas and explained it. It does not have to exactly be like that but it's just to give the writer an idea about what ideas I have and can use them for the assignment. And from one of those three, one whole business model needs to be made. I have also, again, attached the assignment instructions. Please look into this matter as the deadline is coming near and this paper carries a lot of my grade. Also please request the writer to communicate more because if he/she had before, this problem could've been avoided. I do appreciate your help so please make sure the writer is more communicative and works in time as i also stress about my work. I'm sure that's completely understandable

Hi, my assignment meant to come up with three new venture ideas and summarise them by:
a. identifies the customers and explains the customer problem or need that is addressed;
b. explains the proposed solution to the problem/need and why it is unique;
c. explains why and how the customer will pay for the solution.
Then they said to develop one full business model from the 3 and explain value proposition, how value is created, resource, capabilities, and how revenue will be generated

My assignment said it had to come up with 3 business venture ideas (not explain venture concepts). When the assignment mentioned 'summarise business venture concepts', they meant come up with three new venture ideas and summarise them by:
a. identifies the customers and explains the customer problem or need that is addressed;
b. explains the proposed solution to the problem/need and why it is unique;
c. explains why and how the customer will pay for the solution.

Then they asked to develop a full business model from the three and identify:
a. a ventures value proposition;
b. how value is created for customers;
c. how resources, activities and partners are organized to deliver value to the
customer;
d. how value is captured by generating revenue streams while minimizing costs.
supposed to be a developed business model for an entrepreneurial venture (a start-up)
Meaning: from ONE of the three venture ideas (senior care, pet related business, direct sales venture), you were meant to go in depth about one of them.
There is NO need of any canvas model. That was just a small point i made that could be included in the fully developed business model.
Please read the "individual assignment" file to understand what the assignment wants in the last part.
The concept was finally correct however as I mentioned what the developed business model needs to have, it was just a copy paste of the summary. It was supposed to be more detailed and explained and creative. Please look into it. The conclusion was fine. But the developed business model needs to be more original and creative- in depth

To what Extent is Jo Spence and Francesca Woodman photography relevant to women’s photography?

To what Extent is Jo Spence and Francesca Woodman photography relevant to women’s photography?

You can improve this question if you can posse it better than me.

There will be evidence that ideas, definitions and different conceptual or critical approaches and points of view have been considered before conclusions have been reached or further questions posed.

The writing will be clear and correct and, where illustrative material is included, that it is  relevant and fully integrated with the overall discussion.

References, footnotes and bibliographic details will be comprehensive and correctly laid out.

A dissertation should not be a paraphrasing of sources, It should be an in-depth complex intellectual debate. Sources are to be use only to support of this.

I have done some research and found some relevant sources which the writer should use and include in bibliography, together with her own research sources. the writer  should add more relevant sources. This is not a complete define list.

It is not necessary to use them all but at least some, as it would take me longer and I would need to read other books in order to check for the new sources.

The dissertation needs 10 intellectual valid sources which includes books and academic journals only! Please don’t include random webpages and online sources at all. All sources in this dissertation must be Books published and journals published in academia, of relevant intellectual value to the argument. This is to avoid the writer trying “short-cuts” which will demise the value of the academic paper.

The writer must provide me with her list of  books/journals for approval before proceeding, prior to any writings, failing to ignore this instruction may invalidate the whole paper as I have been specific in the academic sources to be used. As I will need to check that myself If I am able to access all her chosen sources.

The writer must have access to extensive academic libraries.

Writers without extensive access to academic libraries should not be given this dissertation to do.

I will only instruct on the sources that can or not be used. I will never provide books, journals or any sources to the writer. The writer or writing service must themselves have already access to Libraries.
