We notice that the Spanish employers and the Chinese cooks almost have no communication. So both groups are expected to involved in some collective activities integrating them as a team and get familiar with the differences of cultures between Spain and Chinese. For example, they can go hiking, have picnic and even shopping with each other. Employers don’t need to worry about the language barrier on these occasions but can know each other better. By doing this, the managers can understand why Chinese chef so eager to go back to China to take care of his mother. In this way, you can prioritize your goals and objectives, thereby creating an action plan that is aligned, relevant, and realistic.

Be sure to properly cite and reference your research article and your text and use APA format as per the Ashford Writing Center throughout the entire paper.
