Talent management is critical to any organizations success, especially leadership positions. Putting the right people in the right position can really improve morale, productivity and in the Army readiness. I'm interested in how diversity effects talent management. I do believe the military is the greatest organization on the face of the planet and diversity has had a huge impact on our strength and success. The factors listed in the Workforce Diversity presentation that motive organization to diversify their workforce may have a completive edge but at what cost? What would the NFL look like if they were required to diversify their teams?
