List and describe professional standards and procedures required to be followed in the male prison.   b. List and describe the challenges correctional officers may encounter in your in a male prison and procedures to address these challenges.   c. List and describe violence issues corrections officers may encounter with male prisoners and procedures to avoid and manage these issues. 2. Write a separate manual as a warden at a maximum security female institution. Include the following information:   a. List and description of professional standards and procedures required to be followed in the female prison.   b. List and describe the challenges correctional officers may encounter in the female prison and procedures to address these challenges.   c. List and describe violence issues corrections officers may encounter with female prisoners and procedures to address these issues. 3. Write a cover letter introducing your procedural handbooks and a brief explanation of how and why they are similar and different.
