For this Discussion, review Chapter 13 of your course text, Culture in Action. The chapter provides various short scenarios and examples of management style and culture. Examine two different scenarios from the chapter. From the scenarios selected, consider how the leader’s management styles impact the organizational culture.

Next, describe the strengths and weaknesses of the two styles.

He is expected to pass away within days and is refusing any further treatment. Every company has its own perspective on the relationship between it and its employees. The perspectives vary based on core assumptions. Apple focuses more on seeing employees “as tools” to accomplish goals for the organization while Nucor is a company that believes its employees have individual needs that can be aligned with the company’s profits and goals.
