This week’s theme is to examine how a particular field of psychology (i.e., a field of specific interest to you) arrived to its current form and what major theories are associated with that field of psychology. For this particular assignment, we are going to discuss the major theories related to your field of interest in psychology.

• Review at least 3 scholarly sources on the major theories related to your interests in psychology
• Explain how those theories impact your choice in your particular interest (field) of psychology.
• Respond to at least two posts by the end of the week.

Trends in Psychology Annotated Bibliography

For this assignment, you will review 3 scholarly journal articles related to the unified psychology perspective. The scholarly journal articles will be within the last 5 years.

Search the  Online Library databases. Other sources, such as textbooks, Wikipedia, and other online sources will not be accepted. Read and analyze each of the articles and create a synopsis.

In your synopsis, make sure to include:

• A summary of each of the journal articles.
• Your thoughts and perspectives regarding the concepts covered in each of the journal articles.

The purpose of this assignment is to determine performance measurement practices and costs associated with the implementation of new technology.

As a manager responsible for the implementation of new technology, the ability to develop and manage a budget effectively is critically important. Also of importance are the identification of key performance indicators and practices that will be implemented to measure performance.

Part 1

Think about the key performance indicators for the project. Formulate performance measurement practices that you will utilize during completion of the project. In a 250-500 word summary, describe three key performance indicators and three performance practices you will employ in managing the technological implementation. Include specific details and a rationale for each selection.

Part 2

Using the budget submitted in the Topic 3 assignment, calculate the net present value of the project.

Assume that you have made the decision to complete all technology work in-house and that you will not be utilizing off-shore resources. You have the following human resources available to work full-time on the project at the noted hourly rates. Adjust the cost of the project based on this information.

Project Manager: $120 per hour

Network Engineer: $95 per hour

System Design Engineer: $90 per hour

Senior Programmer/Analyst: $85 per hour

Programmer/Analyst: $75 per hour

System Test Engineer: $75 per hour

Software Test Engineer: $65 per hour

In 250-500 word summary, determine appropriate compensation and rewards for those associated with completion of the project. Provide a rationale to justify the selection of the noted financial compensation and rewards.
