Marketing

In this assignment, you will provide an in-depth analysis on a brand with a retail presence of your choice. The brand must be from a global company which is either:

  • Publicly traded
  • Must have retail stores

Companies which do not meet either criteria are not allowed.

This assignment has two primary components:

#1 Experiential Analyses (single-spaced, 3-4 pages)

Here, you will need to download the experiential audit sheet

You will use this to analyze the brand along the lines of in-person, physical retail experiences. You must visit a retail location in person to do the analysis. If you are a virtual student in a region of lockdown, please do so from memory and by finding videos of the retail location on youtube or the companies website.

You must upload the audit sheet itself. The audit is simply a note taking tool to help you write the report. We want to see what you put in the audit but please don’t complete it out as if it is a report.

In addition to the audit, you will also include a brief (3-4 page) report on this analysis, with your insights and observations. This should addresses the following questions:

  • What does your brand do especially well?
  • For ONLY  in-person experience, what can it improve upon, and how?

Please also feel free to include any other interesting observations or insights which came from this analysis.

#2 Neuromarketing Recommendations (single-spaced, 3-4 pages)

In this second section, you will make an informed recommendation to this brands leadership on how they can improve, utilizing insights from the field of neuromarketing. This section is open-ended and does not  need to relate to the previous section on experiential design audit. Please use neuromarketing insights from any topic in the book, or from lecture.

More specifically, this section will be an informed pitch for how and why to apply specific neuromarketing phenomena to this brand. You need to include at least two distinct neuromarketing phenomena (e.g. violation of expectation, numbing the pain of paying, neural coupling, mere exposure effect, etc.) discussed in class and included in the book.

For each of these two phenomena, you should include:

  1. A description of this phenomenon that can be understood by an audience without a strong scientific background.
  2. How specifically, this phenomenon should be incorporated into the company in order to improve the brand

Overall note for this assignment:

Whereas the Experiential Analysis is primarily descriptive, The Neuromarketing Recommendations should represent a persuasive pitch to the executive leadership of the company that acting on these neuromarketing concepts would improve the brand and company.

Health policy project 2

Overview

Imagine that you are a legislative consultant hired to assess the influence of stakeholders and interest groups on a health policy issue. Your supervisor has asked that you present your assessment findings to the senior leadership of your organization to inform their decisions on how best to approach their intended organization-wide position statement regarding this issue.

As a first step, you will select one of three health policy issues from the Project Two Health Policy Issue Scenarios document. As part of the background study, you will conduct preliminary research about the selected issue and analyze the impact of the selected issue on various stakeholders. This background study and assessment of the selected issue will serve as a foundation for your Project Two final presentation. In this Project Two Preparation assignment, you will essentially analyze the selected health policy issue and describe how it influences the decision-making process in healthcare.

Your research in this Project Two Preparation will be specific to the nonfinancial impact of the selected policy on various stakeholders. In your second Project Two Preparation, which is due in Module Seven, you will explore the financial implications of the selected issues. Together, both of these Project Two Preparation assignments will prepare you for the Project Two submission due in Module Nine.

Prompt

Discussion Reply Quality

write a reply to the following post. Must be a minimum of 250 words and include 2 references

In order for a business to provide the greatest possible service to its consumers, it must adopt new quality initiatives into its daily operations. Every part of a company revolves around quality. Quality initiatives guarantee that a company reaches the highest levels of customer satisfaction (Eileen, 2018). Customers are the foundation of every business, and they want the greatest value possible in order to have the best experience . When regularly implemented, the quality initiative has a beneficial influence on each of the company’s operations and yields a high yield of considerable overall benefits(Fujitsu, 2020).

In 2019, Vitaquest International, a nutraceutical and functional foods firm, announced a new quality program called TotalQ (Mmcdonald, 2019). The firm presented a comprehensive quality program targeted at achieving its objective of being an industry leader in the overall quality for consumer product development and production. In order to have the greatest end-to-end quality products, the quality initiative relies on the company’s operations in a broad variety of roles, including ingredient testing, raw material procurement, product design, and internal final product quality assurance.

The firm had to go through a series of steps, including doing significant research and testing on raw materials, unit, and complete product testing in the companys state of the art laboratory, with one of the industry’s most experienced quality management teams. Vitaquest’s CEO, Brueggman, also unveiled a new corporate design and logo that emphasizes the company’s commitment to giving value to the customers and its investments in a wide variety of value-adding schemes. Vitaquest International’s quality initiative was designed with the customer’s best interests in mind, and the expected impact on the customer and the company’s bottom line is considerable because the initiative is designed to drive demand for their nutraceutical and functional products.
